Another drawback, the noise of slice-cutting on it as you're doing is like nails on a chalkboard.

Aside from everything else, a 'flat' cutting board is a bad idea because any blade section going past the edge is going to score your benchtop. If it's got some thickness to it like any traditional cutting board, it's above the bench surface enough to prevent that.

That knife is visibly and audibly getting duller with every slice. Thanks for the warning.

titanium forms a layer of titanium dioxide on the outside so its highly likely your digesting that, after a bit of research what ever you cut things on you tend to ingest, I would say wood is the safest thing to ingest atm.

Yes the color of the kislux is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…

It's stainless steel. Real titanium is made by Japan SIKI brand. Even the colour of this board looks fake. Your knife will go blunt as stainless steel is hard and titanium is a soft metal yet it doesn't leave lines. It's also a very smooth finish, while stainless steel is not 100% grove free.

Hi, you did this a month ago. Hopefully you have used it a lot in that time which mean you've had enough time to see how it really treats your knives. Do you have to sharpen more often? Also, I see people remaking that it's not titanium. Now almost all steels are magnetic, (most stainless isn't), if a magnet sticks it almost certainly is. I won't post a link in this comment in case RUclips remove it, will do that below but Brindley Metals, (Google it), have a comparison of Steel and Titanium.

Real titanium isn't this cheap, the amazon listing is absolutely FAKE. DON'T SCAM PEOPLE! I bought one and they sent me a steel one, you can easily check, just add a magnet to it and you'll see it's attracted.
