Allulose has also been shown as a GLP-1 agonist. Not nearly as potent as Wegovy or Ozempic, but it does have the same effect, only to a much lesser extent. This is not a bad thing.
I never said that allulose was bad. I just was trying to warn people that if you consume too much, you could have an explosive bowel movement.

Thank you for information and keeping under 3 minutes. I use Aullose with Monk Fruit. All other sweeteners cause neurological issues like dementia and Parkinson's.
No problem. The one that I showed in the video is different from typical allulose. It has extra fiber added, which can lead to explosive diarrhea if too much is consumed.
