I agree on vertical development. But again only being solar passive is nt of use. U also need to use more bricks, mud, lime. need to avoid cement. But how much vertical is also a question. 4/7/14/28/50/100 ??
You are true, this design could further explore on the materials exp. bricks , mud and lime not suitable in our country where we are hot humid country. How much vertical is depend on the local authority density allowance , but this scheme is more focus on how to create a ground floor experience in vertical development.
@@shanhong2341 okay I understand you mean that people must be attached to ground floor. Cool
@@millennial3001 there are researches shown that people who live further from ground tend to suffer depression when they see the activities on ground but couldn’t go to it or use it . Ground is the platform where people and people connect, different people connect

if i may introduce you to kuala lumpur , i would suggestion you to settle at PJ Seksyen 17 area , is just a first ring from the KL city center , but yet is a nice compound area with nice foods and nice neighborhood

Be sure to use Micro Rebar in the Cement Mix... To prevent Cracking in Support Beams of Structures
Wow this is so much in detail , i m nt sure whether we can hava any alternative ways of construction in future or not for this Common area, because none of the developers willing to pay so much in this which not profit at all.
@@shanhong2341 Micro rebar is relatively affordable as a reinforcing additive to wet cement mixes

That's what they said about Cabrini Green and other housing projects in the US. They eventually turn into vermin infested, drug riddled prisons for the poor who have no other option. No amount of good intent can overcome corruption & greed
The problem is not happen at the architecture, is the people , education , politics .

When you don't have enough land to spread horizontally, you have to improvise moving vertically to meet the masses demand. 😉😉
agree with your point of view, we should not look for micro housing which is not habitable but we should think how to bring the community bonding between neighbour vertically.
Which is just another way of saying, trapping the poor in a vertical prison takes less space that can then be taken by the wealthy and powerful
