Hello, I randomly came across your video and heard your concerns from your doctors visits. As a physician myself, screening mammograms are not indicated until age 40 unless you had an immediate family member diagnosed with breast cancer then you’d want to screen 10 years prior to the age of that family member’s diagnosis. If not breast issues then start at age 40. Second, you need two elevated blood pressure readings on two separate visits of greater than 140/90 to make diagnosis of hypertension. Some guidelines will suggest any two readings above 130s/90…so it depends on which guidelines that are being followed. I do agree with cutting back on salt in diet and lifestyle changes as this can lower blood pressure as well. Genetics plays a role if your parents have hypertension so just keep that in mind. Regarding your fibroids they should be able to pull your records a without repeat imaging unless you are having worsening bleeding /anemia then a repeat ultrasound is indicated to compare against old ones to see if there is change in size. Otherwise they can just get your old imaging. Wishing you the best on your search for a new doc!
