Hello friends. This is a channel dedicated to all things related to nature, relaxation, sleep, serenity, calm, peace, and positivity. Having grown up on an old farm in the country, I've loved nature ever since I could walk. I've also dealt with insomnia for years, and I understand how just the right white noise video can be a godsend for someone at 3 a.m. The world is a crazy place and this channel is to be a place of refuge for all.

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well. If not, I hope you feel better soon. It's just a few days before Christmas of 2024, and the temperatures are dropping here in eastern Pennsylvania. We had several inches of snow today, and I was able to record the sound of the falling snow against leaves on the ground. I hope the sounds in this video bring you peace, calm, serenity, and benefit.

I liked this sound scape, but would like it better if the cricket chirp was in both ears. Stereo, not just the right ear. My tinnitus is worse in the left ear. Silence in the left channel just make the ringing louder sometimes.
Thank you for the kind words, my friend! This video actually is a stereo soundscape (all are on this channel). Due to the positioning of the field recorder in relation to the source (cricket) there is perhaps a little more presence in the right channel than left (cricket was a little to the right of the recorder's microphones) but checking in my headphones now the left channel definitely has the recording present and it isn't silent. Perhaps your left ear has a diminished sensitivity, or perhaps check your wires/gear? In general, the frequency response of the cricket in this video is much higher and could be a little bit harder to hear than some of the other videos I have, because the cricket is so tiny, and it's sounds much higher frequency in nature. Either way, thank you so much for stopping by!
