Hi, I’m Joanna Cher-a Singapore-based Sound Healer, Reiki Practitioner, Cacao Facilitator, and Yoga Instructor. I’m thrilled to announce the rebranding of my practice from 'Nana.and.Ayama' to 'SEVEN Sound Healing' (which I’ve officially registered as my business).

I believe we are guided by seven distinct sounds-3 from within, 3 from external sources, and the sound of silence.
The inner sounds consist of:
The Curious Student: Representing our inner child/learners around us, always seeking truth and solutions to challenges.
The Wise Teacher: Reflecting our higher self or external mentors, resonating at a high frequency to inspire and motivate.
The Protector: A force that keeps us safe in our comfort zone but can sometimes hold us back from growth and new experiences.

The external sounds mirror these roles, helping us navigate our interactions with the world. The 7th sound is silence-a sacred space where we can hear the universe’s calling and connect deeply with our purpose.
