Mal Williamson is an award-winning free range film director - making his own feature films alongside productions for music, community and education clients. He often works no crew, enabling a performer-centred space similar to the client-centred spaces in counselling and therapy traditions. He has a PhD in cognitive eye movements for the cinema and practises as a changework therapist in Yorkshire, England.

Fool Story Films is an occasional t/a status - trading as. It first started some 30 years ago as a film student and reflects lifelong interests in the nature of story, performance and the shaman. And I love the pun! So I keep it around to remind me of the first ambitions and where I got to so far :)
