I wish John could have discerned how for off Steve Lawson had gone off the rails in the last 5 years. The discussion about a traveling preacher made some sense and not being accountable to a local body made some sense, but Larson taught the Word and was "accountable" to a church through its elders?

Only God knows who is saved and who is not. If Zacharias was one of the chosen then he will be in Heaven because once saved always saved, if he wasn't one of the chosen then he is in Hell, very simple.

McArthur is flat out wrong that Ravi never quoted Scripture. It’s a compelling observation, but happens to be completely inaccurate.

@4:05 Benefit of the local church. I became a member of my local rural United Methodist Church within one month of moving to the area. That was my mistake. Becoming a member of a church is like selecting a spouse. Take your time (make sure it's a good fit). This church was just 'not' a friendly church, i.e. I walked in one day and listened to a member back-stabbing the minister. Another occasion, I had one of the church elder's walk pass me and touch the small of my back. How dare he? I volunteered for several things, and was refused every time. P.S. Someone needs to remind John MacArthur that only Jesus Christ is judge.

John McArthur should revisit Matthew 7:5. Any Christian who makes an assertion that another person, much more a Christian is in hell is deeply out of line, and self righteous. It is God who determines this not John McArthur. He neglects to mention that King David was an adulterer and murderer and God called him a man after His own heart, Moses was a murderer, Paul sanctioned the murder of Christians, and all these people we believe experienced the grace of God to be in heaven. I have listened and i am open to what is been stated, but remember God is the Judge. Who knows who is in Heaven even to the last second of ones life if a person repents of there sin....
