Hello how are you? In The restaurante buffet have a good variedad?

Do you have your wake up early to get chairs st the beach in the platinum area? Is there food in the lounge or just drinks?

those are some GMO palm trees...vancouver has way to cold climate for palm trees...I live in mediterranean city and we have only few places with palm trees...you hot to have lot of sun and winter temp in uper 50s.

My worse holiday ever we got there and the bed was broke, the room wasn't very clean ,the shower broke,the one pool was really dirty and water was cloudy ,my grandson cut his foot twice on the tiles in the pool,the staff was very ignorant and served English people last ,the fridge in the room only ever got re filled if we left a tip ,we waited 4 days before we got any coffee whitener which we asked for on more than one occasion , my grandchildren wouldn't eat in the punta canta buffet restaurant because of the smell , lucky enough we was given a v.i.p band for our stay there or we just wouldn't of survived apart from from a couple of alacarte meals and two of those I wouldn't recommend, there was a large cockroach in the room and dining area and I mean massive...the grounds itself was immaculate and the beach bar and fast food was great and all other restaurantsat other hotels apart from the bahia was beautiful...and tui service was disgusting after our complaint and also on a couple of excursions they wasn't interested..£50 compensation what a joke!!
