My channel chronicles my musical journey looking for songs that inspire me with a lyric, riff or melody that can be drawn from memories of growing up and the soundtrack that accompanied them. I've also written a few of my own that are drawn from experiences that made me stop and reflect. If there's more than one version of the same song posted that means I thought it could be improved or approached differently, even though the first time around often ends up best. You never know..... Please enjoy, and I'm always open to suggestions and thoughts on new things to try.

TEX! A good song about human paths. One is happy with everything and does not want to change anything. The other is searching. I think that in a person there are two entities that God created, and they are constantly in conflict. There are invalids, they have a broken body and a strong soul. Other people have a strong body and a weak soul. Because of this, there is a conflict with the outside world. I saw one report about a disabled couple. The husband in a wheelchair with a bad spine. The wife without legs. They found each other and help each other, their bodies and souls are in harmony.

Ps: In 1980, I was brought branded magnetic cassettes with recordings of Beatles songs. I was surprised by the quality of the recording and how well each instrument in the song was recorded. The cassettes were recorded from branded records. In those years, they were not sold in stores. They were all taken out of a warehouse with confiscated goods by customs officers. Now I can watch the process of recording Beatles songs in the studio and understand how meticulously and carefully the musicians approached the recording.
