Because a few people and some movies do count Hunchback as a monster even thought he’s just normal ass dude with a hump on his back and a deform face. I just wanted to ask you that do you think that Quasimodo aka Hunchback or other “monsters” like Nancy Archer aka The 50ft Woman? Are really monsters?

I think the bottom line is is they need better training of their people. I've flown them several times and always had staff-related problems. Compared to some other super-budget airlines, like Ryan Air they are great. I prefer them over Southwest which I avoid like the plague.
