Albert Paul died in 2021 at age 87.
The reality is he was a scumbag shit criminal, vaguely good at escape back in the day. Folks 40 odd yrs in jail thats not a beer belly do you know what I mean. Its the price we pay we are told.. Rehabilitation...Shmhh
The whole system is a mess.
Thin the herd
Shawshank
Low iq trash
This guy is a waste of tax resources.
It is the same as with all the hardened violent criminals. They are all innocent. They were all wrongly convicted. And he just had the bad luck of happening to find guns everywhere he went. Funny, I have never found a gun. To bad he did not learn from his first two terms in prison. Apparently they were not uncomfortable enough to motivate him to go a different route in life. BTW, kidnapping, ONE of the charges of his second conviction, ought to be a life sentence
We are all in prison!
I had a voodoo stint a they just laughed at me
Every time I see an elderly criminal they say that crime hadn’t paid, and they’d spent much of their life in prison, I guess there’s no cure for stupid!.
No sex with women. No kids or family life. What's interesting is how healthy he seems for someone almost 80. Prison life has treated him well. Pity he can't admit his responsibility for murder. Criminals always lie.
Maybe he was telling truth
What a life 😮
62 years 😮 dam 🤞
Always going to be antisocial people, they put themselves in prison
If he could get to the north Pole and off Santa he could then take over....
Maine wasn't the biggest welfare state in the country when he went in.
Albert Paul passed away in March 2021. RIP Albert Paul - 1934 - 2021
Back in the early 90s I ran a underground radio station I use to play October project all the time
certainly a character could have used that ingenuity to a positive cause
Brooks from Shawshank….
60 retired & never spent any days in a cell. Thank god
I've arrested at least two convicts, who after a short time after serving their sentences and being paroled , committed additional crimes, and when Interviewed they told me that they needed to go back to prison. My understanding in both situations was that they needed structure in their lives and it was a lot easier and less stressful to be locked up where all of their needs were met. Sounds crazy but true.
He escaped one last time a couple of years ago.
Who else thinks he’s lying about taking the fall for a friend. Nobody takes the fall for murder so tells me he admitted so his friend wouldn’t have to go to jail for his mistake
First thing I thought, but he probably believes it now.
@@david-pb4bi probably. Seems everyone in prison is innocent or their situation was twisted by the police
Wouldn’t fit in society today? He didn’t fit in in 1962, by his own account. All he knew was crime.
Died in 2021
Life is life, as a citizen yes there is more stimulation but that becomes the norm, you still have your struggles and in the end, pass away. A prisoner has less stimulation and that becomes the norm. The journey is different but humans will adapt, a trip to Hawaii for a free man is the same as canteen day for a convict. In the end it's all the same.
I feel like I am in home detention. Voluntarily.
I believe him
I was wondering what happened to uncle Albert.
a stone cold killer
this guy is dumb as a bag of hammers
How many burglaries before he was finally taken
When he has no one to go back to. No family, no friends, no relatives, nobody. On the contrary, people are afraid of him wherever he goes. So he might be thinking: "Why escaping? I'm fine here. I have food, television, free room. I'll stay here. Life is worthless outside". What a wasted life !
This guy is loser.
All prisoners are innocent.
3:34 Alfred Palateer ….. AP same initials as his own Albert Paul
They should of paroled him and hired him to be a consultant on prisons as far as escapes.
I was a prison guard in Texas back in the 89s and I remember guys like this doing life and I just thought, "damn, what a waste of the one and only life they'll ever have."
Bad Santa
A real life Brooks form Shawshank
Bacteria?? Really??
One of the prettiest voices I've ever heard.
This guy is interesting.
RIP Albert Paul dead March 2021 at age 87😢😞😭
surviving all that time in prison
@@oliverkent8429 Was in the super-max prison with him
@@seagal60 ah certainly a character with all those escapes

Dylan was a good friend of mine. This still hurts to see
This system should be illegal, totally gross, and what’s left over used for fertilizer, totally wrong , these are human remains, not a dog, or a horse
What a looser. All opportunities missed in a blink of an eye
He comes across as a fairly nice chap.
