    I disagree. It's not the lack of responsibility. Think of it like a virus infecting your body. Do your white blood cells make moral decisions about the virus or do they just attack it because that's what they are designed to do? The same can be said of responsibility and determinism. One can still hold themselves and others responsible because that's how casual affects have shaped them, to be a person who holds responsibility in high regard.
