On this night...22 years ago, 246 people went to sleep in preparation for their morning flights. 2,606 people went to sleep in preparation for work in the morning tomorrow. 343 firefighters went to sleep in preparation for their morning shift. 60 police officers went to sleep in preparation for morning patrol. 8 paramedics went to sleep in preparation for the morning shift of saving lives. None of them saw past 10:00 am Sept 11, 2001. In one single moment life may never be the same. As you live and enjoy the breaths you take today and tonight before you go to sleep in preparation for your life tomorrow, kiss the ones you love, snuggle a little tighter, and never take one second of your life for granted. Also all those still dealing with the aftermath with cancer and losing their loved ones. Remembering 9/11 9/11 was a tragedy that changed the world in which we live in, an event of which we're still facing consequences for and wars have been made over. This event is a tragedy, with 2,977 people who lost their lives that day. No matter what way you look at it, feel about it or think about it. This has changed is in a way we will never be able to fully recover from. We ask you all to be respectful as this is a truly sad day. Man that’s a lot of panic buttons. Someone should get the national guard over there. (Sarcastic) Why the hell is my comment getting attention suddenly.
My mom's a school patrol officer, they recently got the radios that the regular cops use and we've been hearing the ghetto behind cops on the radio act up. A sista said "What the f word" one time cause her computer was acting up, and someone said "Lawd have mercy" for some reason- But anyway, I heard the panic button go off 2 times. One was when a cop was in a fight with a person, and the second one was when a sista accidentally pressed it and her talk button jammed- So she couldn't tell everybody it was an accident. And my city is a very ghetto city, I am suprised it only went off twice for the 6 months my mom been using it.
@@Hyla_Frog that's good! Hopefully my sister in blue is staying safe! Sadly I am stationed in a department where it goes off once a week, then we hear either 10-99 (officer needs assistance) or a succession of gunfire followed by 998 (officer involved shooting).
@@alexbrown3311 Califorina is getting messed up a lot- 😮💨 By the way, me and my entire family are black, and there are a lot of people in my family (My aunt, cousin, mom, well, she's in the police division as a crossing guard, and my brother, who was a sheriff explorer.) that were cops. Good luck to both of you first of all, second, you will hear it played during your training to make sure you know what the sound is and how to is it, along with the importance of responding as fast as possible to the activation of one if you are near. For us, it's anyone within 3 miles, but it varies by department.
If you hear this, stop everything you’re doing and save that officer in grave danger
actual chills how the panic button sounds and behind the situaion...

When this gets pressed you’re transmitting a 10-33 EMERGENCY ONLY
10-33 we don't use that here we use 10-99
For us it’s a officer 10-57 10-31, 10-57 is emergency, 10-31 is officer in distress.
