I was a kid on the Large doll era besides all the "she's going to kill you!!!!" it was cool to steal dolls clothing for the first time...even plastic shoes!!! Edit: I was always short so that's why I was able to fit most of the clothing

Hi there! I think this Rapunzel toddler doll is quite beautiful! I used to love Jakks with their Disney doll line, specifically the talking and singing dolls, but recently, Jakks decided not to put the new dolls phrases in their international releases, only talking in the US! But I made a campaign for the situation that I’m in with them! I live in Canada by the way! The campaign is called the #SaveTheTalkinDolls campaign, and I have lots of videos on my channel about it if you’d like to watch them! All the peacock references in her outfit are just so lovely.I love the combination of purple and blue <3 Even the panda is cuter than in the movie ^_^ Also I really appreciate him being fully articulated something Wolfie lacked. I'd argue she was released not just before the doll quality dropped but movies as well -_- Unfortunately I never had this doll growing up as I was "too old" for dolls at that point.I would've loved to display her alongside my Odette,Erika,Annelise and Annika dolls TT_TT

Most frustrating thing ive noticed on some platforms is when i share my dislike to some of these fashionista tributes like the totally hair and more recently the iconic golden dream and black barbie tributes, There will always be a clapback from some collectors that say in their reply, "these are playline so the clothes and styles are for playline" Mind you if they actually really knew the history of barbie. They would know that pretty Much barbie has always been a playline in each decade of each genre. I think the special collector's dolls really started getting pushed out during the late mid eighties, Starting with our christmas barbies, Then the special collector's dolls. Like i love lucy, iconic movies like wizzard of oz, elvis, harley Davidson (for example bc there were so many pre barbie signature line barbies collector's edition).The bob mackey barbies , those were collectibles, Of course mattel marketed on this and created the whole barbie signature line, looks, and sepecial collector signature line. And of course the fashionistas. The positives: We get some of the most beautiful and diverse dolls of so many ethnicities and skin tones, shapes, hair textures, it is a dream come true, The negatives: Mattel has lost its attention to details marketing only online mostly, creating overpriced dolls for us collectors, and literally shiting on playline as well, But to create this so called tribute and not only have a weak outfit oddly giant head mold, the true deal breaker is the fucking hair. Hello mattel its totaly hair barbie not lets be mindful of our playline. NEWS FLASH MATTEL. THE OG. TOTALY HAIR BARBIE WAS A PLAYLINE TOO!

Mattel disappointed us with this ugly shitty doll. People are paying a lot to have an original Totally Hair Barbie (collectors), why don’t they sell her again instead of this trash version? That’s garbage. Ugly dress, generic face mold, no accessories, the hair is not even long. Why do that? I bought a Defa Lucy doll with a longer pink hair which is way better than this one. She cost me about $20 e came with accessories (a travel themed doll) and clothes way better than this one. Her hair is not long as the original Totally Hair Barbie, but is way longer than the shitty new version. So they get a generic blonde Barbie, put a generic colored dress and they say they’re honoring the old version? Mattel should be ashamed of themselves.
