I‘m from Germany and just found out that 17 episodes weren’t shown here in order to not destroy the „good relationship“ to the DDR… I have a lot of questions on that 🤣 So I’m just rewatching it in English with all the lost episodes and finally get to see Lee‘s first „I love you“ and his proposal. Yes, obviously those were episodes that weren’t appropriate in the BRD 🤦🏻‍♀️

Just binged on this show. Love the chemistry these two had. Kate had great timing. Bruce a great smile including his eyes, flex of his jaw muscle in tension, and played the gradual switch from 'I don't have partners' to 'This is my partner'. The last few episodes when Kate couldn't be in the show as much lacked the spark. These two made the show.

Come to think of it..the only time he was alone or together with her was while they were working..she was consumed by her kids, and her mother and he was busy being a secret agent. Most difficult pair..if he hadnt been intentionally sneeking around pursueing her, nothing would have happened betwern them probably. 😮
