Champa Noy fact...we woke up at 6:00 am to begin hair, makeup and dress up. For some events we were up at 4:00 am with all the girls and Ms. Monica to ensure our girls were ready to perform. We are definitely non-profit; all moms supporting our daughters. We just want to volunteer and keep our Laotian traditions alive! Hard work but also super FUN cause we enjoy each other’s company!

Sorry, for missing the beginning. I had technical issues. Champa Noy fact... all the girls are 13 years old. Syra is the oldest and Evie is the youngest. They are also sisters. Isabel is my daughter. Jia is Isabel’s best friend. Monica an I we’re friends since high school. We thought we would pass along our love of Laotian culture and heritage to our girls. Of course we added Jia and Jia’s mother, Jae. Jae did all of the girls’ makeup. Great job Jae! The girls look beautiful!!!

Hello Laotian relatives and our friends. Champa Noy wanted to bring a twist this New Year 2019 with Laotian modern song and dance. We hope you enjoy it.

This was Champa Noy’s second Lao New Year 2019 event. This was our favorite song! The teal is Isabel’s favorite color. We couldn’t locate the same color so our lead communications person, Monica (Syra and Evie’s mother) found this gorgeous red material on EBay. I hope you guys like my dress design. I’m not a professional seamstress but I did my best sewing them! Champa Noy were beautiful models to begin with, thanks girls.

Happy Lao New Year 2019! Champa Noy began practicing for this dance in February 2019. It was meant for Maribella (age 8) and Sofia (age 7). Their older sisters were added so the little girls could copy them. The fans were added later for interest. We’re hoping Sofia will perform with us next year!

Not bad for a few days of practice girls! Doing great! For those wondering, Champa Noy girls performed this to practice being in front of an audience for the first time. I think they’re enjoying themselves. Merry Christmas 2018!
