Very well captured. Congratulations Maj Dagar. Couple of points: 1. The premises/ design of the armed forces vis a vis police force is very different. The armed forces were built to protect the nation come what may while the police force was designed to protect the bosses. Law and order/ prevention of crime is incidental. Therefore the DNA itself is very different. Thats how the British governed. 2. There is no regimentation in the police forces unlike the armed forces. Regimentation is critical to align with their fundamental duties and responsibilities. 3. Its said, jaise raja, waise praja. For the police, the politician is their Raja. Therefore, the feeling of being not just superior but also the perception that they are above the law. There is a major flaw in perception. 4. The armed forces also need to reorient themselves with changing times. The senior echelons should take proactive steps to restore the glory of the uniform. 5. Given the population, the current police force is hardly able to sustain their basic functions. They too need to be revamped both in terms of policing and maintaining law and order. Law and order is a state subject. 6. Lastly, a simple social experiment will give a clear indication whom the common man trusts more Let a fauji and a police man walk in a common area wearing their uniform and watch how many people smile at the fauji vis a vis the police. Self explanatory!

I think sir you missed few factors In my centre there were candidates who were panicking due to 1st attempt, some did fluke work and attempted all questions , and last not the least 12th appearing students didn't get enough time to practice maths of class 12th What are your reviews on it?

345 approx maths 89, didn't get time due to previous ssb sir only 20 days were there
