Salut, Marlin 2.0 este capabil sa gestioneze camere? Nu stiam asta.... Ce "placa de baza" ai folosit? cumva de imprimanta 3D ? :) Si felicitari pentru proiect!
Mulțumesc! Camerele sunt conectate direct în pc-ul care rulează OpenPNP, Marlin se ocupă doar de "miscare". Placa folosită e un SKR 1.4 cu mici modificări în configurația marlin-ului.
M-am mai jucat si eu cu cate cava gen CNC cu GRBL pentru cablaje, masa pentru debitat cu plasma cu MACH3, imprimanta 3D cu Arduino/Marlin.... insa acum parca m-ar bate gandul si la un "pick and place" .... astfel si intrebarile tampe de incepator :) deci de "rotitul" pieselor se ocupa OpenPNP prin camerele conectate..... . Oare Arduino UNO + Marlin (dintr-o imprimanta 3D) or fi in stare sa execute comenzile pentru acest tip de masina?
@@stoicanicolae205 Cred că arduino e prea slab pentru a gestiona minim 4 axe de mișcare. O placă de control pentru imprimanta 3d cu 5 axe și o mulțime de alte ieșiri, de care ai nevoie pentru vacuum, servo și altele, după părerea mea face toți banii. Daca nu mă înșel, există o variantă de marlin adaptată pentru OpenPNP. Verifica ce plăci sunt compatibile și probabil că în jur de 100usd găsești o placă cu drivere de motoare incluse. Succes!

Hi. So the peeling is motorized but the tapes are moved by the machine's head? It's a mechanical advance? If so, I would love to know how it works. Can you tell?

that tape feeder design is great. Does it use Mesh UBL in marlin for the surface of the PCB?

That is truly a thing of beauty! That PNP is one of the simplest, cleanest yet fully operational systems. I am also interested in the feeder setup if you can possibly share the design. It is simple but very functional, without complicated motors. Very nice design!
Nice job... Did you manage to put the feeder designs on GitHub, as I would like to have a go at making them.
Is that an open source feeder? I like it. Looks a bit like my machine but I am only using strip feeders so far.
I designed the feede myself, I can share the files.. I will try to put them on github.

I used Marlin 2.0.x
