My first enduro race and managed to place 58th out of 176 competitors. looking at this for my first a2 bike would u recommend
It's going to be ridiculously gutless restricted. A few of us ran these at 33bhp 20 or so years ago and since it makes most of its power above 5000 RPM, you'll be clipping its balls big time. It's also quite wristy without much of a steering lock. Don't get me wrong, they're great bikes and the chassis took a lot from Kenny Robert's GP500 bike. There's better bikes out there that will allow you to access much of the useability of the bike.
These were a dream bike back in the day and still are to me. I would love one ❤

What rear axle type & ratio?
idles a little bit to high maybe a quater turn slower
It’s intentional so the front end doesn’t drop so rapidly off-throttle when I’m doing 60mph extreme wheelies.

How good is that screen for wind buffetting?
The screen extender actually makes it worse when extended, so I keep it folded in the shortest position.

What mods have you done to the bike? Tires? Skid plate, etc?
Bike is stock apart from Kenda dual sport tyres, Scorpion Exhaust, Givi engine bars and Rally Raid soft pannier rack.
