I wouldn't say almost no mosquitoes. There is a video specifically on mosquitoes. Stay away from swampy areas. Also, some folks attract mosquitoes more than other.

​@@alex15031998If you have any question, don't hesitate. One of the best repulsive against mosquitoes is a mix of essence oil of mint, eucalyptus, and citronella.

In general it is easy. After, it depends on each person. I talk to my neighbors without any problem.

Cloud seeding, yes. Commercial jets who pass over Asuncion (you can use Flightradar 24 mobile app to find out) are often spraying (if it is cloud seeding the it's likely barium, strontium, etc.). For instance, Air France AFR401 from Santiago to Paris. Now, the quantity of flights passing over Asuncion is much lower than over most other capitals as there are far less routes South and West of Paraguay. When there is a chemtrail here, it's super obvious because we have a clear blue sky. In a nutshell, far less chemtrails but not 0. And unless someone say it to you it is very hard to find out!

It is a common practice and one of the goal is to modify weather patterns and events at will. If this is a new topic to you then i am happy to drive you towards some online resources.

@@ParaguaytranquiloO this is alarming to say the least. Iodide is used probably amongst other harmful chemicals. There have been respiritory problems reported when i was in uae. Likely couls effect nature the environment at large. It looks like Paraguay is taking the wrong path in so many things recently. From sideing with usa/israel, to almost mandating the covid jab, to now this. They were looked at by many as a place to escape the clutches of the globalist totalitarians...seems more unlikely in the near future.

After, we need to look at what each person look for (outcome you seek) and how they want to reach these outcomes.

Thanks for the comment, Oscar. Maybe you could phrase it in a simpler manner so that more People understand the idea. The terms may be quite complex. i suggest a leaderless community. In terms of way to operate we can use a governance in circle / shared governance. I practiced this for some time and it works very well. The point is not to recreate the top down governance model of the West where most People become idiot sheeps following a leader. We should adopt a model that empower each one of us.

Building a community is not that difficult. Start small. Expand once you have stability. Some structure is required from the beginning as well as extreme clarity on what we are doing and where we are heading. I am writing a framework for micro-community and i would be happy to share it with you to get your feedback.

I doubt i will have time to do the whole of Tobati. It's a bit of an industrial town with brick factories. I would rather opt for Atyra or the surrounding countryside. Cheers

The landscape there is wonderful. If you use a drone and also photograph on foot, such as on foot, it would be wonderful, and you will learn about the traditions of the residents and their lives. Someone should care and try to develop this area but towards responsible tourism that benefit local folks (not just taking advantage of local folks).

Yes. You can buy Ivermectin at any agroveterinaria shop (basically, the vet for pets and farm animals). I got mine at such shop. They will have it as an injection or as tablets.

I agree that the context of the children is important but it's not the only information one should decide on invest upon. I have seen so many statements like the one above only to find out that they are false. I am not saying yours is. I have seen many communities where some folks are seeking to attract financial investment and would say anything positive about their community. In that regards, as an inhabitant of EPV, can you explain to us what do you see that get you to say that El Paraiso Verde is a warm community?

Hi Sebastian, i am hearing conflicting viewpoints on EPV. The best would be to meet before i allow you to unilaterally promote, with the help of some of your connections (as the same folks post/like on 2 videos) EPV under my videos. Please reach out to me so that we can discuss. I would be more than happy to support the project if it is safe to invest in. Don't be surprised by my approach, i have seen numerous scams. i prefer to be cautious. When it's too good to be true, it's likely a scam. The last thing i want is family to get into troubles.

There is no scam because you can buy a piece of land and get the title. You are also able to rent a house or appartement. Where is this a scam? How could a project like that be a scam? It's not possible and you don't know it but you talk about it to get some views and now you also get the response directly from some settlers there. I think this is normal, isn't it? Hi, i did not talk about fraud. i talked about scam and i have not said in this video that EPV was a scam. My goal is to remain factual. i have looked at multiple communities worldwide and the strategy of scamming People is often the same. Let me explain to you how this works if you are unfamiliar with the process. An initial person or couple purchase a large piece of land. Then this person plan to resell the land in chunks at a massive profit. For example, if the land was purchased for 1 million USD, the resell would make, for example, 15 millions USD. To resell the land at this price, the idea of a safe community is advertized. The owner plays with People' s emotions, especially safety in a context of fear. He also plays on FOMO (fear of missing out). After a few months, some folks start to buy lotes / pieces of land and, after living there for some time, realize that the reality is not what was advertised. However, they are often pressured by a strong top-down governance model where they are asked to stay quiet. I have seen communities where members are threatened. They are also told that they would get what they want IF more People join in (invest). Again, i have studied communities for years and i know what i am talking about. i have seen this set-up multiple times. Some of these communities are even run by well-connected People. You also realize that the owners aren't stupid and surround themselves with legal professionals who are in for the money as they benefit from each sale. I am not saying EPV has this set-up, not at all. I am only listening to folks who have lived here. it may be that your experience is great but your experience only is not enough for People to decide to invest massive amount of money into a project. Also, a remark, please be careful about the way your word your comment. It does look like a threat.

It seems that some folks are satisfied and some folks are dissatisfied with EPV. Same as some folks would be satisfied or dissatisfied with the ice cream they purchase at the store. Anyone can post a review on the ice cream store. We have to value the diversity of perspectives, right? My last position on this topic is... whoever want to invest in a piece of a community should be careful. Do you think we can agree on this?

@@SebastianZehner To my knowledge, only one video mention EPV. Let me know if this isn't the case. It's not about liking or not liking communities. The concept of People coming together to support each other resonates with me. To execute this concept, a format is the "community" where People will come together to live in proximity. People should align on desired outcomes. Unformately, often, the common denominators are fear and the search of a paradise (that does not exist). 40 years ago, villages used to be communities. Unfortunately, we have been sold a lifestyle that has destroyed this concept of community. The more you separate People, the easier they are to control. It took me some time but i start to see clearly what is working and what is not working in terms of communities and most importantly, why.
