Yes, KHov considers it a single-family bungalow. Some might also consider it a "detached townhome." Ultimately, people care about whether or not you're sharing a wall(s) with a neighbor(s). And this home does not share a wall with the neighbor. :) FYI, we can get buyers $35k towards upgrades and/or closing costs with specific Khov homes. It's a Holiday special!

According to our source, the public school ratings are about average. Not the best, not the worst. However, there is a convenient private school (K-12): Central Florida Preparatory School. Many of the best rated public schools (middle and high school) are in the Horizon West and Windermere area. Keep in mind, school ratings are very subjective. We definitely LOVE a large front porch too! While a small front porch may not be very useful, it does add quite a bump to curb appeal as opposed to nothing at all. We've also noticed most people prefer a boost in the functionality of the backyard instead of the front.

This community (Emerson Pointe) does not have a CDD.
