SDM ki grade pay 5400 hoti he, Assistant Professor ki 6000, means sdm ki thodi si km salary hogi. But SDM ko extra perks milte he. It is an attractive post to hold.

Agr hm mane ki aap 2nd grade teacher he and aaj aapka probation complete hua he, to tier 3 city me aapki gross salary 56,300 rahegi, and tier 2 city me 59,500 rahegi. Inme se kuch amount deduct bhi hoga.

Preparation NET ki start kro, MSc me admission lene k sath hi. MSc k sath tq ho jaega.

College timing sabhi profs k liye different ho skti he, generally 10-3:15 pm (5:15 hours stay). Diwali vacation (8 days), Winter vacation (7 days), Summer vacation (2 Months). But once you are a government employee, you have to be ready to serve the government 24*7. 😊
