The world puts too much pressure on people to be super successful from a very young age. Also you’re teacher is absolutely wrong, I think a lot of people would cry in that situation too (including myself lol).

Your finishing college isn't bad news. You're following what your heart and mind are telling you is best for you so that's good news, not bad. Plenty of time to concentrate on music after you graduate. Voice acting sounds like it's right up your alley. As a singer you have good control of your voice already so it fits. That would be amazing if you got voice acting work someday! Have you done a cover of Melanie Martinez's "Cry Baby"? Might be a fun and relevant one to do if you like it, and if you feel like doing it sometime in the future. "Your heart's too big for your body, that's why it won't fit inside." That's definitely you. I am sorry to hear and a bit worried about you that you've been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. But creative people like you can take things like being sensitive and depressed and turn them into a positive and fuel their creativity with it. In this way you're just like a lot of the greatest musical artists. Maintaining a routine is important with depression, so it's very good you're staying in college to give you that routine. And I for one don't doubt for a second that you are a very capable person, and I know you'll achieve your dreams!
