I have been re-bodying all my fashionistas and other Barbies with MTM and another simular movably bodies from Ali-express for a while and I have seen the hands you use there too; thanks for all the hacktips; I was thinking about making my own mini t-shirt-designs and now I know how to get my drawings on the mini-t-shirts:) The room looks very realistic; well done! Does your grandfather still make all the wooden furniture? If so give him my compliments :) It must be so much fun working together with familie-members on your mini world:)

Fabric conditioner/fabric softener on doll hair isn't a great idea. It's a wax suspended in liquid and when it dries, the wax coats the hair. That's how it makes fabric feel softer. The hair will get dirtier faster and be more difficult to clean as time goes on, especially if you don't know to use no more than 1 drop of fabric softener for about a half gallon of water if you're going to do it anyway. Hair conditioner works better and is easier to actually clean out again. The rest of your hacks are great! It looks like you've been doing your research.
