Hi Rajat, Thanks for the appreciation. About the process, I just bought a basic plan of nobroker. Contacted the properties from there to have a visit (directly ignored people who asked money before visit itself) and yes preferred properties posted by owner. I saw some 4-5 flats before finalizing this one. Let me know if I could be of any more help.
