Look I can understand both people’s perspectives on this ride. People who have ridden Splash Mountain a lot have experienced a lot more animatronics and scenery details. I liked how in the beginning of the ride and at the very end there are a lot of details and animatronics but near the middle it felt a bit lackluster. I hope in the near future they continue adding more animatronics to this ride because I know that these new models must be very expensive so maybe that’s why there weren’t so much?
I completely understand your perspective on this! I think essentially with the update they sacrificed quantity for quality as many of the TBA animatronics are way more advanced than the Splash ones, which in my opinion I appreciate but I can see how it may feel less than before.
I love this ride so much. I don’t get the hate for this ride. In my opinion. I think this ride is criminally underrated for me. Definitely one of my favorite rides at Magic Kingdom for me.

I enjoy both parks, HOWEVER, I will have to say DHS is my fave❤ The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is STUNNING and I will agree, a tight squeeze. I also prefer warm butter beer, but one would have to be in the mood for a warm butter beer in such a HOT location. Nice video!
