Please warm up on your step prior to doing this workout to make sure you are ready for the moves! This workout features 12 3-minute rounds with one minute recovery time in between each round. I was a aerobic instructess for many years. Trained through Keep Fit International in the day. 😅 I learned that jumping at my age is key to losing the disgusting weight my lazy ass acculated . Your combination is amazing, core, and bounce . I struggled with the dips 😱 but this was an eye opener. I will do this workout until I can keep up with less difficulty than today. Blessings❤

Hi Lina! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I did not use any weights but could not last even 6 minutes when my entire body completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover. My MIL did the full session using 15 lbs, 20 lbs and 25 lb dumbbells! Her biceps are thick and powerful like yours and she has massive strength and stamina power! I feel really low and defeated. 😟
Hi! Sure, these moves are for men and women! I never want anyone to feel bad after working out! You should feel great for trying! The last few minutes of this particular class you do not even need any weights, it's challenging enough without them. Your mother-in-law must be quite strong! I think the heaviest I was using was 7.5.... Be kind to yourself and keep trying! You will get stronger!

I didn't used 1 lb weights and it was just impossible for me after a point :( I really felt completely defeated when my MIL was doing the entire session with heavy dumbbells! Her thick bulging biceps are so supreme! As a man, I want to be strong and confident in front of her and have some self-worth and good body image! :( May I ask, are your lessons too strong for men?
@@rupinjeremiah9589 If you are just starting to work out just be patient with yourself as you get stronger! I've been exercising consistently for many years, so I'm just used to it, but you just have to give yourself time to get stronger. It will happen if you continue to do it and increase your duration and weights as time goes on. You will get results! Good luck!

You deserve more followers❤ Just a nicely ment advise: Don't wear black clothes, it makes it hard to see the movements correctly, because it's too dark.🤗 And a question: Do you also have HIIT workouts with weights, (no jumping.) Or/and strength workout?!
