Hematology/oncology pharmacists need to be an integral member of a cancer patient's care team and the HOPA organization is striving to reach that goal. Our expertise and research on the latest drug treatments ensures patients are receiving the optimal cancer medications. HOPA's members are working diligently with other doctors, nurses, healthcare professionals, and lawmakers to improve access to high-quality, affordable cancer treatments for all patients in the United States.

HOPA offers continuing pharmacy education for CE hours in various formats to meet the needs of our 4,000 members. Preparatory and recertification courses are available to attain and maintain BCOP certification. Multiple committees provide ways to be actively involved, network, and collaborate. Members stay informed on the latest research and industry news through publications, webinars, and networking events. Advocacy partners with numerous cancer organizations to offer tools and resources for cancer patients.
