IIRC it was TFD first then unleashed then spitfire followed by rising. Problem is people preferred to play the unleashed version over Spitfire because in unleashed and rising you can get the bonus symbols anywhere whereas the original and spitfire you have to land it left to right. Which is why you see unleashed and rising taken more often that the other 2. Oddly enough Golden Rooster went the same way although I haven't seen a spitfire version of it or a Rising version of it yet.
