Hello! Foreign buyers have the same rights as Costa Rjcan Nationals when it comes to buying land here. There are several ways to apply and obtain Costa Rican residency. Without residency, you are considered a tourist, and would be required to leave Costa Rica every 180 days, and then you can return. But that doesn’t affect ownership. You can still live and own here. Very close, yes. The home is made from beautiful Brazilian hardwood. Replacement would be a bit more, and yes, The land is in a very good location, and offers more usable area than any mountainside parcel. Subdividing is possible too, but the privacy is unmatched for a piece this size. Lots in the area are small and steep with a small a buildable area, where this sits on a rare plateau.

Only just saw this and it's exactly what I wanted. Slightly narrowed bedroom halls and didn't see the washrooms but perfect! Slowed it down to watch again. Congratulations to you and the new owners.
