When he mentioned Prana, that was when I knew he KNOWS. To everyone on this journey, it's hard but simple. Not to abstain but to rewrire the body and brain. Nurution? Watermelon 3x a week, Haritaki powder x3 a week, meditation (3-4 times a week) and accept EVERYTHING not as a permanent reality but a current, one that can be changed with a shift of perspective and detachment within. I'm 29 years and currently on 182 days streak(highest - 214 days) on Semen Retention, and record of 7-day dry fast. I am more optimistic than ever before.

I am a very wisdom person in alot of topics. I ran into SR about 5 months ago unfortunately this addiction has me gripped even tho I know this wisdom. I remember your opinion on Aliens but I propose you this. (Read Genesis and find what’s the firmament is do an extreme research for 1 or 2 month heaven is above us!) then you will understand sacred secretion is about heaven in our body’s as we can’t go back into heaven in this realm with a sinister body. You will understand also aliens are demons as no intelligent life that is apparently above us comes and mutulates cattle and adopts humans and does experiments without humans consent. This act is not only evil is satanic Indeed all experiments done leave the humans in a non pleasant and traumatic state. Back to sacred secretion. We are made out of water carbon and also copper. Here is things to become more magnetic. Semen retention + sacred secretion 1) intake copper as most humans are copper deficient.
