We get a lot of snow here. I would worry about the wood. I am looking to just include my cats in the whole backyard. In this case I wouldn’t worry about giving them a whole view. I will build the fence right to the ground and just worry about stopping them crawling out. Also other cats and varmits crawling in. I love what you have done for your family. I can see you love them. Please keep us up to date on success. Also problems. Also I want to figure out something better for my litter. I am a slave to it with 4 cats. One of them eats a lot and is huge. I worry about clay litter. Thanks for sharing.

Cats sometimes fall off or roll off their perch when in them sleeping. Because they haven't fallen yet doesn't mean they won't fall .Looks good except high up on stairs .

I own a Yard Machines 700 series w/17.5 hp tecumseh and one thing I did to avoid spilling fuel is installing a fuel shut-off valve. Honestly I wish all lawn tractors had one.
