    Hay que registrarse como piloto y hay que registrar los drones en casa Marlaska. Adiós drones, a esperar las multitas para el que no cumpla alguno de los múltiples requisitos. Tengo un mini desde hoy aparcado en mi vitrina de maquetas de aviones y ahí se va a quedar como recuerdo de otra época. Ni me registro como operador, ni registro mi dron, ni vuelvo a volar. Chao drones. Ahora a grabar con mi insta 360 X4, mi dj pocket 3, y la GoPro 11. Mástiles de 3 metros simulando, hasta donde se puede un dron, y a mandar las tonterías legislativas de este país a tomar….

      Buenos días, muchas gracias por tu comentario, Juan Andrés. Debido al grandísimo crecimiento que ha experimentado el sector de los drones en los últimos años, se ha creado la necesidad de establecer un marco normativo cada vez más completo y complejo. Hasta el momento ya era obligatorio estar registrado como operador de UAS y disponer de una titulación para poder operarlo; aun así, con el nuevo Real Decreto, se ha estipulado la necesidad del registro al Ministerio del Interior, para poder mantener un control de los UAS. Esta nueva normativa europea ha pretendido clasificar las operaciones por el riesgo de la operación, independientemente del objetivo, ya que el riesgo es el mismo si se quiere llevar a cabo para un fin recreativo que para un fin profesional. Gracias a la nueva zonificación, va a ser más sencillo poder operar sin la necesidad de realizar tantos trámites. Aun así, deberemos seguir atentos a la maduración del sector y a la plena adaptación a esta nueva normativa.

    Se os ha olvidado mencionar lo más importante del nuevo real decreto en España. Pero ya que estamos, lo comento yo: se han cargado la categoría abierta A1, ya que no podemos sobrevolar ningún edificio por razones de seguridad ciudadana, ni con un dron de menos de 250g o con marcado de clase C0. No olvidemos tampoco que tenemos que comunicar con cinco días de antelación al Ministerio del Interior que vamos a volar nuestro dron. España se quedará atrás en el campo de la tecnología y los drones en comparación con otros países, gracias al nuevo real decreto.

    • @EUDronePort
      @EUDronePort 5 месяцев назад

      Muchas gracias por tu comentario, Jon. Como comentas, dentro del nuevo Real Decreto 517/2024 se regulan las condiciones para operar en zonas urbanas, como parte de la zonificación. Partimos de la base de que en la regulación que ha estado aplicando hasta el momento, las autoridades competentes debían limitar el paso de personas o vehículos o, en caso contrario, mantener una distancia de 50 m a personas o edificios. Con la nueva normativa, estas distancias se diferencian en función del riesgo de la operación, es decir, en función de la categoría. Para drones de menos de 250 gr (A1) solo se limita el sobrevuelo a los edificios, pero, aunque no se recomienda, no se prohíbe el sobrevuelo de personas. Para los drones con marcado C1 (categoría A1), obligan a mantener una distancia de 5 m a los edificios y, para los C2 (categoría A2), de 30 m o 5 m si se lleva el sistema de baja velocidad. Se podrán sobrevolar edificios siempre y cuando se disponga del permiso del propietario; es decir, si se quiere inspeccionar una nave industrial o grabar una instalación particular, con el permiso del propietario, se va a poder realizar. Finalmente, en relación a las comunicaciones la Ministerio del Interior, hemos bajado de 10 días hábiles a 5 días naturales y, a mayores, se podrán presentar comunicaciones para 5 días naturales seguidos, cosa que facilitará mucho la gestión y planificación de las operaciones.

    • @etxa15
      @etxa15 5 месяцев назад

      @@EUDronePort Para drones de menos de 250 g (A1), solo se limita el sobrevuelo a los edificios... ¿Solo? Con eso ya se han cargado el vuelo en entorno urbano para poder realizar trabajos como profesional, que es a lo que me dedico, cuando lo más seguro para la operación es que el dron esté sobrevolando un edificio y no a las personas en caso de colisión. Eso de tener que solicitar permiso a los propietarios de cada edificio es inviable. No tiene ningún sentido, pero bueno, es lo que hay, a comérnoslo con patatas. Ahora estamos obligados a adquirir un dron C5 y hacer la declaración correspondiente en STS-01, acordonar toda la zona y, encima, podemos sobrevolar los edificios con un dron de hasta 10 kg si tiene el marcado de clase correspondiente. Sería más seguro sobrevolar un Dji Mini en entorno urbano que un dron C5. Espero que la ANDP pueda hacer algo para cambiar por lo menos ese punto del nuevo real decreto.

    • @EUDronePort
      @EUDronePort 4 месяца назад

      Buenos días@@MOVILFRAN, gracias por tu comentario. Por un lado, según ha explicado AESA, el hecho de que no se permita el sobrevuelo de los UAS sobre los edificios en entornos urbanos dentro de la categoría abierta, es debido a la petición de los ciudadanos, los cuales solicitaron que no se permitiera el sobrevuelo de las aeronaves no tripuladas sobre sus domicilios (incluidos jardines, terrazas, etc.) para proteger su intimidad. Entendemos que esto puede perjudicar a algunos usuarios de drones, pero debemos considerar que para drones de menos de 250 gr, ya no es necesario disponer de una zona terrestre controlada (solo se prohíbe el sobrevuelo de concentraciones de personas), así como tampoco respetar una distancia mínima a personas o edificios, por lo que facilita mucho los vuelos en este tipo de entornos. Respecto al registro de aeronaves que deberá llevarse a cabo al Ministerio del Interior, ha sido creado para mantener un control sobre las aeronaves (por ejemplo, también se deben registrar los coches en la DGT). Debemos recordar que los drones no son juguetes, son aeronaves, por lo que están regulados bajo las normativas aeronáuticas, siendo muy estrictos en los aspectos relacionados con la seguridad.

      I thank you, I am a professional pilot and operator apart from being ATPL 6.800 hours, what I am referring to is that in Spain we are a few years behind with respect to community legislation which makes it very difficult for us to be able to work, you said it, You must request coordination with the airports 20 days in advance and also with the Ministry of the Interior 10 days in advance, absurd, what happens if it rains on the day of the operation and you cannot fly? You have to do the coordination again and wait 10 or 20 days, another absurd example, to fly over a country house 18 km from the airport to carry out an inspection of the roof at a maximum of 20 meters above sea level, you have to make a plan. flight and coordinate with the airport, I honestly do not believe that the drone will collide at 20 meters with a commercial plane being so far from the airport but the town is within the CTR, if this is not absurd, what is?@@EUDronePort

      On your site it takes 20 days to ask a request … if I want to go in Tenerife , I will probably want to fly in a natural area or near the coast. I go one week on place, I can’t prepare my flight 20 days before. I have to be on the area first. I m a Belgian drone pilote A2, I only fly in Open a1 with my DJI mini 4 pro C0. And on eurodroneport i have to pay 100€ or more to fly …. It’s more easy to fly in Belgium or in the Nordic countries. I hope it will change in Spain or just ban all drones and so it s clear. No that is wrong: first of all here in germany we have a local rule that also older drones under 900gr MTOM are allowed to use the lower restrictions in conjunction with the slowfly mode if available like mavic 1 or 2 air2s etc. And seconds as this rule only applies up to 5m flight height after that the 1:1 rule jumps in! So if you need to inspect or want to do a photogrammetry for measurments then for many buildings you need to fly at least 20 or 30m or for bigger areas 50-75m... that would mean you need to evacuate and block several buildings and streets, what is in almost any thinkable scenario impossible to get realized nevertheless it is impossible to get even permission... also the specific category does not help a lot cause you only get it for very low dense populated areas like under 250/km2 for bvlos what is with bigger buildings (4-5 floors or higher) nearly always the case... a c2 drone like any mavic 3 enterprise has a vlos of only 144m!!! And in most city areas the pilot has not enough space to even see the drone flying on the backside of a building. So the slowflymode is far away from being a gamechanger!!!

      @EUDronePort Год назад

      Thanks for your detailed reply Michael. We agree in almost all the aspects you mentioned. However, we believe that being able to fly a 4 kg drone, with low-speed mode, low altitude, will facilitate many operations that could previously fall under STS-01.
