Hi, I have a question about ebook covers. When you open the book, is the inside of the cover typically blank, or can it include an image? If it's possible to add an image inside the cover, how can I create one?

I totally regret purchasing this AzonKDP Global Addon. This product failed to meet my expectations on every level. It's totally confusing to navigate. You get bombarded with ads. Before even trying it for the first time you're encouraged to upgrade because basically what you just bought is barely enough to do anything worthwhile. This whole platform appears to be nothing more than a giant affiliate marketing machine. However, the real frustration began when I tried to seek a refund. I submitted a ticket over a month ago requesting my money back, explaining the issues with the product in detail. The support team first ignored my request entirely. When I followed up, they responded with vague, dismissive replies that stalled any real progress. Each time I reached out, I was given conflicting information or empty promises that "someone would get back to me shortly." Despite my repeated efforts, they have yet to process my refund. This lack of accountability and transparency from their customer service team is unacceptable. A company that does not stand behind its product or treat its customers with respect does not deserve anyone's business. If you're considering purchasing this AzonKDP Global Addon, I urge you to think twice. There are plenty of companies out there that value their customers-sadly, this is not one of them.

They ask for the name and info that matches the ID of the person setting up the account, so am I doing my SSN in the part that asks my info and then in another area add the Name, EIN and address of the actually business?
