It was a great day to see how everyone else kept their bees! Tom McKinney's explanation and demonstration of Demaree method alone was worth the trip! Mike Emmerson patiently answered my many questions about his honey kitchen. I would love to make one like his! Long day, but lots of fun. Bee sure to sign up for next year!

Couple things here. First, the insulation is the way to go. The entire thing makes sense and works. I dare you to try it once. Buy one and I bet you'll question why you didn't start with these. The second thing, look in the crowd. 75% are retired. Same as our club. Folks, we need to get more young folks involved in this great hobby. It brings so much to the table.
