1 cup canola oil
1 cup flour
1 white onion
1 green bell pepper
8 celery stalks
2 jalapeños
1 serrano pepper
5 garlic cloves
1 large bl sl chicken breast
1 16oz andoullie sausage
1 16oz beef smoked sausage
4 cups beef broth
2 cups white rice
