Look, I love this game and all, but I swear you need to be some sort of super human to have the reaction time they request you have on Extreme difficulty. Ever since I got the game, I could full combo Easy, Normal and Hard without much issues at all, but as soon as I pick Extreme everything goes from 0 - 1000. I feel like Extreme mode no longer feels like a rhythm game anymore. Hard mode does. It provides a very fair challenge and I feel myself actually get into the groove. Every time I mess up, I feel like it's my fault, but in Extreme I don't feel like it's my fault at all. They just bombard you with notes to the point it's overwhelming. Maybe if I was born Japanese, maybe I could handle it, because I swear Japanese people are just built different or something.

personally when i first started i found normal really easy and hard was my main difficulty for a while. it took much longer to go from that to extreme but i’m now able to clear most 8-9 star songs on extreme and ultra extreme pretty comfortably. however i touch a 10 star song and my fingers want to fall off.

I'm totally not dumber than your average 3 year old
