The idea that the fountain was made after Noelle and Berdly first entered the computer lab is really weird. Why? Does the knight have a reason to bring lightners to the dark world? Did they want to bring Berdly and Noelle to the dark world specifically?

Kris and Suzie came in AFTER it was made, so they were at the door. Whoever the knight is, was in the closet. In my mind, that's confirmed.

According to Sweet Capn' Cakes, Queen went crazy when the fountain appeared. According to Plug Girl, Queen went crazy when the internet went out. Therefore, the internet going out and the fountain being made happened at about the same time.

main reason people think kris would make a dark fountain for innocent reasons is because of susie, noelle and berdly trying to make one earlier. But not only does this mean that Kris doesn't care about ralsei's warning one bit, but more importantly assumes a lot about how Kris feels and thinks, such as how much he wants to be a part of the adventure (despite not being the one in control during said adventure) and wanting to escape with friends (despite Kris not ACTUALLY befriending Susie, WE befriended susie, we have no idea what kris even feels about ANYONE let alone susie). It also assumes there's something kris wants to escape FROM, but that's a huge leap. Aside from his brother being away in college nothing suggests Kris wants to escape anything. His prans may suggest a boredom with the town but we don't know that. And either way it still means that Kris supposedly cares more about having an adventure than risking blowing up the world, especially if he's not the knight and thus risks opening a dark world when the knight could be making one at the same time in that scenario.
