Touch the symbol, then choose the speed you wish. I find .75 works well, but if I am truly unfamiliar, then .5 is my go to. You can always change it back to a faster speed if needed. Norwegian here, VERY much beginner knitter. I have noticed that it seems to be way less common with hand issues among older knitters here vs knitters I know in USA. Wonder if this might have something to do with it? I never knew it was a difference at all! Pretty neat to see :)

      Hi! That is so nice to hear from a person who is from Norway! I believe the majority of people knit in the continental style in Norway? Here in US, there are many English style knitters and less continental knitters. That might also be a reason. I would like to know why too lol

    • @PalmeriKnits
      @PalmeriKnits 5 месяцев назад

      The short answer is no. If you would like to replace the first and last with this stitch, the count will remain the same. If you would like to add the edging, then you can add two stitches. Depending on what you would like to achieve with the current design.

I'm still keeping some of this yarn, it is dark-grey and very itchy) But it was popular among our women to wear big woollen shawls in winter, when there was lots of snow and frost, now the winters are mild.
