BMW E92 325i | Muffler Delete | In-car sound
Просмотров 4,6 тыс.6 лет назад
Muffler Delete only. No other mods. Steptronic transmission. Would have probably sounded better in DS or in Manual mode for more revs/pops/burbles but it was an impromptu video taken by the passenger and was captured while in D. Apologies for the bad quality - windows were opened and some parts are not audible due to the wind.

how did you get the shift burbles?
Very nice what parts did you need to change for the engine to handel the power?
What you have done to it
I keep seeing videos like these and neither of them have smoke coming out, how ?
Only muffler delete? I have mine deleted too. But i'm thinking about deleting 2 cats, i have check engine becouse of them. I want to delete but i'm scared that this is gonna be too loud 😂
Was this just a rear muffler delete any other upgrades or is this just how it sounds when the rear muffler is replaced with a straight pipe?🤔
What hp?
235
Sounds amazing 😍 Just ordered a remote ecu and tcu remap for my 520d Where did u source the downpipe from ?
Howzit. Did u leave the rest of the exhaust standard? Has it been remapped? That's quite a mean growl it got there
Hi, yes the rest of the exhaust is still stock. It's just a downpipe in the place of the stock catalytic converter. Stage 2 ATM ECU file as well
@@subloadedza2502 OK shot brother. Who did u get it remapped with? I'm also in durban
@@johnconnor513 ATM Chiptuning. Great guys. I did 157wkw and 480wnm if I remember correctly. Better consumption as well.
@@subloadedza2502 thanks man. Will look them up
Do you have any idea if this will sound the same on a 323i? They both have n52 engine I think
Yup, most definitely. I had an lci 323i before this which also had some exhaust work done and it sounded fantastic. Sounded a lot better than this muffler, and cat, delete. However it droned quite badly. Correct. Both have the N52b25 motor. The difference is the ecu software and the breathing system. The 323i is basically a detuned 325i in layman's terms.
So you have muffler and cat delete in this 325i?
@@nikhilgovan5689 This car has been sold a while ago. But yes, muffler delete and secondary cats deleted as well.
Okay cool thank you for all your help. One more thing. It looks like you're based in durban, I am as well, do you know where I can get the same set up done for a reasonable price?
@@nikhilgovan5689 Roadmaster Exhausts. Twelve21 building 👍🏻
What bimmer is this?
E92 325i (N52b25)
Sounds like a v6 now.
Is this with N52B25 or B30 engine?
N52B25
Is there much cabin droning? I have a E92 325i as well and have been considering getting a muffler delete, but I've heard that the cabin drone gets unbearable.
DoubleDii The car is obviously at its loudest on lower gears, once you're in your final gear and cruising, it is okay and bearable. A few things to note though: 1. Between about 2400-2800rpm the tray in the back seat (between the two seats) rattles 2. If you're on the gas, you hear it. But if you're cruising with anything less than 40% throttle then you won't even hear it as the cars sound-proofing is better than one would think. 3. Cold starts are craaazy I've been daily driving this setup for a year now and once you learn your car, you will know how to keep it quiet/loud depending on your right foot.
Soooo Beautifullll
