Place Red NT LOOP at about knee level above hinge of a door and make sure it is securely anchored. CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. Endurance circuit: 45s. - 60s. Each exercise 1. Knee resisted Squat 2. 2 arm low-angle bent-over Row 3. Tricep kickback or Overhead Tricep extension Complete the circuit 1-3 times resting under 60s. Between circuits.
