Wow! 12 years ago. I can't believe I scrolled down a few videos and this video pops up. Lol.
Where did you get the T5z from?
@@heartpumper77stockchannel4 summit racing
what size wheels and tires are you using. Looks perfect. Did you do a shelby drop?
15x7 wheels 235 60 rear and 215 60 front. Yes I did the Shelby drop on it too.
They look really good and lightweight too. I have a set on my 91 Miata.
Put a S10 tailshaft on it and the hole will line right up. Speedo gear will be in the wrong place and I had to double gasket it for clearance.
Too close
I wish my co-workers were able to actually do their job and get out the way this efficiently😮💨
You don't need a special tool, just rotate caliper piston slightly to push it in,then adjust parking brake tension with adjustment nuts on cable coming out of floor pan. It's a breeze removing axles from bearing by whacking it with brass hammer with the loosened nut still on. Peugeots are extremely easy to work on if you know what you are doing beforehand. Should have put jack under trailing arm and jacked it up a little,no fuss getting the 4 8mm Allens on.
A hoist would be advantages
Great video, do you have any new videos?
Im having same issue.
Clean your mass air flow sensor I fix my 1985 Irocz 305 TPI. Make sure get the mass airflow sensor No other cleaning
Nick Ares Hello I hope you do still have your Ford Mustang beautiful car !!
Starter solenoid is bad come on
at least you got a tarp down on the floor, good move!
The 200 cubic inch inline six cylinder engine doesn’t have the power of a V8 engine but it’s fun to rebuild and enjoy it for anything you can do to it
I recall Bryan Holm (Peugeot Holm) telling me he put a V6 into his 505 wagon, which was never fitted with one.
Sounds similar to a Jaguar XK 120!
what muffler are you running? I'm looking for something not loud but not oem or stock
I know it’s an video But what size spacer did you use?
Does it still work? I mean, are they long lasting?
It worked for as long as I had it
@@nares07 nice. A couple of years I bet
@@catrielsosa9373 yep it worked well and fit a lot easier than the stock one
@@nares07You got any pics of the wiring for it?
Any video of installing the clutch pedal?
Replacing ignition in a 200 motor mustang to electronic
Your car looks identical to my 65. Except mines a 6 cylinder about to get a 347/T5 transplant.
I also have a 65. Mines got a 302 in it already, had a 4 speed, just finishing up a T5 swap this weekend on it
look underneath the driver side kick panel replace the relay
I still have the original V6 engine in mine and it scoots. I can do burnouts with it. It's not the fastest car in the world though but it's a cool ride and no squeaks or other crazy noises... 53,000 original miles on mine... Enjoy your Camaros!!! 🤘
What was the solution 🤔
How did you fix the problem, I have the same problem
I have a Manuel transmission one and it’s doing the same thing I try to start it but you don’t hear a noise or starting sound what could it be???
Funny ! I'm doing a manual on my 66 and have not drove stick since I was kid ! Im Gonna stall a couple time I bet 🤣
What size tires do you have on the car? Thanks.
My 87 Gta is doing the same thing. I can tap on the passenger side lower dash and it goes back to normal. Looking for a replacement ecm now and nobody has them.
That makes SOOOOO much more sense
what cam and engine?
302 with the Edelbrock performer RPM engine top end and cam kit
What size wheels are you running and brand
Can you provide a link for the temporary garage kit you are using? And would you recommend it?
I got this kit www.ebay.com/itm/6-Leg-Carport-Canopy-3Way-4Way-Fittings-Combo-Footpads-For-1-5-8-Poles-Tent-/142691747747?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49286&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0 I used 8’ fence poles from hone depot and various fence pole brackets and connectors to add plywood to the roof and walls
It was very useful having the structure whereas I would have been working in dirt sand and snow without it.
Thank you for the quick reply and information! Love the t5 swap as well. Nice job!
Did you sell your Classic Inlines header mate?
Yes I sold all the six cylinder stuff years back
Another question, after I give you a thumbs up and another view. What kind of power is your 302 going to be making, bc I’m going to have a built 351 and wonder if the t5 can handle it.
My top end kit (heads, cam, intake) supposedly made 367hp as advertised by Edelbrock tested on a 302
Did you have to relocate the tunnel floor support?
Nope the t5 fits perfect without modifying the tunnel and the t5 crossmember bolts in to the factory location. I did have to open up the back of the shifter hole to fit my aftermarket shifter.
@@nares07 thank you for the input man!!
what springs do you have in the back and leafsprings? what tire size and rim size? i'm also bought a t5 ( what specs is youres and what gearing do you have? dou you have a vid wile driving it? thanks for the vids
Good job Nick, what tipe of carburetor is that?
It was a baby 1 barrel, basically a replacement for the factory Autolite. I never got to change it before going V8.
Oh the sounds of a 60s i6
Can you tell me which part# Hurst stick did you use.Are you happy with the height/position/reach etc? Also, did the Hurst boot and bezel line up with the factory holes in the tunnel, did you have to adjust position to miss them? Thanks
Will they work on a 2001 forester
I take some pieces who knows where I can buy them
Did ur fans come on too . Mine would start then die light would just go off and on . Drive it about half mile it would stall and the light would go crazy would have to wait for the fans to quit . Then turn off and restart
I know this video is old but, I’m just coming across it. Dude have the switch installed wrong. The switch goes on top of the mounting bracket not under it, that’s why it won’t tighten up, and the car wouldn’t start because it wasn’t adjusted and locked in place. The threads are in the mounting bracket not the switch.. this is just a FYI for whoever come across this video.
I'm having the same issue, but NO check engine light period
“Don’t buy a Peugeot”. Lol . Sweet burnout!
Hey I was wondering how much did everything come up too? (Roughly)
Transmission was around $1800, other parts, pieces, upgrades probably another 1k. I would say around 3k
