My bed is pretty high (plus I’m short). When my charging wire dropped to the floor, it was always a chore to bend over (and not fall out) to grab it. I used the method you used, but put two hooks about 3” apart. The wire is easy to drape across the hooks, and easy to grab when I want to charge my phone.

I love the S-hook idea for jeans, but my apartment closet has two covered wire shelves, both short. I put my (three) dresses in the hall closet, along with my coats. I also have a small wire laundry cart in there, to store extra appliances (rice cooker, crockpot, etc).

Another excellent video! This is how I do my laundry: I use a pillowcase instead of a laundry basket (I place it in a woven basket to look nicer). I bring the pillow case and clothes to the laundry room, dump the clothes in the washer, and throwing in the pillowcase. When transferring everything to the dryer, I count the number of tops and bottoms to bring the right number of hangers with me. When the dryer is done, I clean out the lint trap first (who needs lint on clean clothes?), lay the tops and bottoms on the table (or hang them immediately, if no table is available), and put all small items in the pillowcase. I put the tops and bottoms on hangers, grab them, grab the pillowcase, immediately put the tops and bottoms in the closet, dump the pillowcase on my bed, fold undies and socks and put those away. The advantage of the pillowcase is, you’re not putting cleaned clothes in a dirty plastic laundry basket. If I have to iron something, I don’t buy it. (I don’t even own an iron.)

Excellent tips! I love collecting, using, and sharing tips, but most of these I wasn’t familiar with. I just started using the bread bag trick a couple of months ago. I use paper shopping bags for my recyclable trash. I keep all my bags folded and stored in the largest bag under my kitchen sink, like you do with your gift bags. I also store reusable grocery shopping bags this way in the car trunk (I have about 30 bags at any given time, of all sizes and types).

I love listening to your voice. Great tips, too. I don’t have too much trouble threading the needles (I make sure the thread is cut at an angle, and hold the needle in front of a white surface, like paper). My problem is, with arthritic hands, knotting the thread takes many tries before I’m successful. What a pain!

I also declutter, sort, and organize an area at a time. When I find organizing bins, I stack them in one place. Then, as I need one, I "shop" in my "store" for free.

Hadn't thought of using paper towel rolls that way, and I'll definitely be trying that If I may make a suggestion, that very repetitive music is both super-annoying and distracting from what you're saying. Better to have none at all than something that makes viewers want to turn off the sound.

Good tips. Ginger, I grate it with skin on and freeze. Good idea of salt on candle. Will try it. Thank you. Colander for coriander👍🏾. Lipstick with tape, i tried with permanent marker, but that does get rubbed off. Bedside tray, i used oreo cookies trays 😆. Going to try the book holders for sure. My books are always on the floor.
