I remember attending one retreat and a young guy who had just come from a bar also was there and he was very abusive and aggressive with insults whilst hymns were being sung and had to be escorted out into the garden as he coudnt stand the hymns or prayers being recited it was like something negative was very disturbing him was a bit of shock and scary too

Also important to be aware of who is conducting the retreat, where its being conducted, and to know there are qualified people holding the space etc all that you mentioned is very important❤

Interesting about the Sacral Chakra, feeling and divine feminine. In 2022 I got message that my next rung of lessons was to balance my relationship with the divine feminine, which had been totally distorted/blocked (story for another day). For a few weeks now, Ive noticed increased sensitivity of inner states and been working to ground/integrate these sometimes intense feelings.

Thanks for sharing this divine wisdom. Also, I got triggered by not eating meat. I still do this and I must admit I like it too. Therefore, I want to share a line from Bashar Darryl Anka. He said something like this: 'Everything around us is alive and has consciousness, meaning a plant has the same consciousness as animals, but we do eat them as well.. Animals kill each other in nature, are these animals 'evil' too then'? Just my response on this, and of course I respect your opinion of not eating meat. I love my dog for example.
