First Solo Travel in 17 Years | Train, Tube, Hotel Room Tour & Disney Vibes!

Hey everyone, it’s Matt from Matt Destination Magic, and I’m back with a whole new adventure! This is my first solo trip in over 17 years-and what an experience it was! After a long day at work, I headed to Wolverhampton station, boarded a direct train to London Euston, and navigated the busy London Underground to Marble Arch, where I checked into the Park Grand Marble Arch Hotel.

it was a beautiful day and the views - wow
Due to work commitments and flight days, we couldn't fly to Lanzarote a few years back, we flew to Fuertaventura instead, Stayed in Caletta De Fuste, was a cheaper holiday than Sandos, but we thoroughly enjoyed it, although we did take a trip to the sand dunes which face Lanzarote, we stood looking across the water at Sandos Papagayo, and realised wed rather have been there ..lol Loving the videos, keep up the good work you two ... Cheers ... Gordon

Ohhh i cannot wait we go mid August and have never been just me the mister and our 14 year old i hope he makes a friend out there being an only child ...we opted for royal elite also 😊

I may of missed it, but how long did it take you to walk from the hotel to the marina?
Hi Jessica - From the hotel and down the coastline is definitely the quickest route (Probably 20 to 30mins if you don't stop and take in the views) but all depends on how hot a day! We were lucky as was a nice breeze and some cloud. Are you stopping at Sandos Papagayo? But just a warning its the walking back when the suns directly on you that slows you down - plus up hill before you come down - amazing views

@@MattDestinationMagic No we haven't, although looking to upgrade. Do you think it's worth it with a 4yr old?
@@jessicabrough9273 definitely worth it in our opinion 🙌🏻 - comfy seats in smaller areas with less Queuing for the bars plus snacks! Beautiful views from the roof terrace - the fact they serve you drinks at your table in the restaurant just makes it feel a little different (not as busy) and a filled fridge plus bottles of water to your room and chocolates daily (can’t be beaten) But I do love the fact you get a view over the sea amazing waking up to that sound🌊 But you can also use all of the other facilities - there was plenty of kids in the royal elite😁✨

23.17 I always had the same sunbed overlooking the sea. Zoomed in and deffo me and the Mrs. Pool bar reopened ish on the 18th but properly the following Friday. Got decent compo off jet2!
