Actually i am binge watching your videos (with notes) from your 1st video which was on CONFIDENCE.......thankss a lot for sharing your wisdom 1.Change is new and uncomfortable 2.your previos experi. of Not achieving the goal should Not be a REFERECE to your next goal-->break the cycle 3.set realistic goals --> orelse self esteem will decrease 4.start small --> self confidence --> build competence -->builds self belief-->> all successful people are believers 5.shut your mouth --> dont get stuck in "" dopaimne hit "" phase 6.goals hold no value if they are Not Achieved 7.your results will be noticed and appreciated.... 8. you are being influenced 24*7 9.it looks fancy(social media ) , and deviation will just lead to zero accomplishment 10.be mindful 11.you will end up loosing your authenticity ....if you get influnced by social media
