If you're reading the comments, listen. First of all this is the best abraham hicks clip, second and more important, this kind of method works. I have done it by accident and on purpose, and THIS DOES IN FACT create good outcomes - as long as you're willing to accept whatever good comes of it, especially the tiny insignificant stuff that happens at first. Every time I've done this I've just written down good things that happened on my calendar as each day ends, AND I've been miserable and lied to myself the first 1 or 2 weeks, writing things like "sunny day!" even though it was 100° degrees out and I hated it... but it was better than a sandstorm or monsoon weather. Things like "had a candy bar!" even though I had that candy bar while sobbing in confusion in my dirty smelly car lol. "Slowly" it will ramp up, but when you're miserable time goes REAL slow, and in one week you can feel marginally better. That SLIGHT improvement? That very SLIGHT improvement is actually the beginning of magic, and weeks 2 and 3 for me are usually still miserable, just not full of despair as much. Dude... there's a reason they say 30 days, not a year or 2 years, I am serious. Going on the trajectory from absolute despair, up to regular misery, then to apathy and depression, is really and truly enough momentum to start feeling "okay." Just "okay." And feeling "just okay" is more than enough to start feeling good, and bro when you realize for even one second, "huh, I actually feel good right now," REALLY IS ENOUGH to feel "great" for 60 seconds the next day. And 60 seconds of feeling great is genuinely enough to bring good news, and now you NOTICE that you got good news, however small, and then you can see, "oh my goodness, I actually made that stupid insignificant good news happen... and there's gonna be more of it." And THAT can land you a small miracle. I'm not writing this to be encouraging or flowery or woo-woo, and to be honest I kind of hate that it works LOL, there are times I feel a bit bitter thinking about how I have to be thankful for paltry, almost insulting tiny scraps of relief for an entire MONTH before I can get anything significant out of it. I am writing this long comment and telling you this because it IS true. My best tip with this?? Start that first day with a cup of coffee, or a pile of candy, or a movie binge, and don't even try to be happy because it's nonsense to go from despair to happy and everyone knows it. Just do something absurd that you can write down on your list or calendar or whatever, "cleaned the whole apartment cracked out on caffeine today!" even if it gave you a migraine after, or "took a walk thru the park!" even if you were drunk, "ate some delicious food!" even if it was KFC and you wound up sick the rest of the day. "Focus on the positive" doesn't mean "force yourself to be happy," even though the guy in this video DID manage to be in a general vibe where he was able to bring himself joy and actually be happy. You can start from waaaaaay behind or underneath any genuine joy or happiness, and get a small or large miracle whether you're expecting one or not. I have done this several times, usually full of bitterness and despair and spite for the world. It still does work. "Positive" doesn't actually mean "elation joy happiness eagerness," it means "not negative." Appreciating 1 or 2 moments of irreverent, stolen relief or oblivion COUNTS as positivity when you're seriously face flat at rock bottom - but the REAL method here is to WRITE IT DOWN, whether that's in anticipation, or in review of the day like I did, or as an intentional plan like the guy in this clip did. I hope this helps someone. You're not crazy or even wrong to be hurting, man. Making your own rules for a moment can work wonders ❤

It's not the form that's the problem. It's know what u need to put into the form. On a few of those forms, every question is a 10 minute research project or a 1 hr fabrication delay. A "10 minute form" turns into a 2 week bang-head-on-wall exercise in frustration.
