And second worst part is... Railway CBT1 ki cut off se post department wise cut off fix krta hai..that means.. candidate ka particular post pe Cbt 1 cut off clear nhi hua..that means..vo candidate cbt 2 mai..vo post vacancies ke liye elligible nhi hoga...even if Cbt 2 mai kitne high marks bi hoo.. that's worst part in this pattern
