Hey y'all! In todays video, we plow straight through a winter blizzard, as the cattle still have to be fed every day, no mater the conditions. I parked my butt in the skidsteer for a good 10 hours, and my dad opened up the roads all day pretty much. It was a bit of a tough day, but the hunts always find a way! I hope you enjoy this video, I hope to start recording daily again and be able to sta...

final round of silage.. still beating us up
Just found your channel man! We love our HydraBed’s up here in Southern Iowa!! We’ve been feeding our cows out on corn stalks and some still on pasture by unrolling a bale, and then also feeding them with one of our feed wagons as well like you guys.. But we have not got the snow it looks like you have.. Loved what you said at the end of the video, I definitely agree with you!
Thank you! All of our flatbeds are hydrabeds, we've been with them since 2012! I have a video with all of the snow we got and it wasn't fun to feed in😂
Where are you located neat operation
Farm toors are a dime a dousen, how bout you do the farm tour and we will let you know if its good or bad, well you'll know when its bad, we will be watching other farm shows and not yours.
We're based out of Missouri
Only reason I say I'd do a tour, is so the viewer can get a feel for the equipment we run, the dirt we grow in, and the cattle we raise. Our farm is nothing fancy as we only row crop a couple hundred acres.
GREAT YOU MAN HELPING HIS GRAND PA
I love welding with 6011 it starts up so easily kind of like 6013 but I have to use 7018 and I'm mostly everything I weld
7018 is my favorite to use, but for quick video demonstrations 6011 is my go to since I keep it in stock and don't use it very often

Can You Please Shout Me Out
Glad you got that snow, but can you take your cold back to? I moved south for a REASON 😂😅
I wish I could send the cold back but we just keep getting more of it here!🤣
Slick unit. What do your bales weigh? And how does your truck handle pulling them? I'm in the market and I'm not sure how many bales i can handle
Bales weigh roughly 17-1800lbs each, our trailer is a 7 bale and we use a single can dually tuned and deleted lml Duramax, handles it great. I used to be able to pull it around with my 04 lly Duramax 2500hd before I got rid of it, I'd say aslong as you have either a diesel or a good gas dually you'd be set with a 7! Only thing I don't like about the 7 is it can sometimes be sketchy getting in and out of gates being how narrow our roads are
@brendenhuntcustom beauty! Much appreciated. I'm running a 01 LB7 1 ton deleted and tuned so you've left me with some good confidence in the 7 bale unit. Thanks
He's a big fella let him work
That's right

August Ass, sweat running down your back into your crack of your ass and it gets eratating badly 😢
Like loading a pump shotgun especially if you put a big spring hooked to a board in front so you can unload them the same way
Keep working man! You’re the backbone of America ❤
Thank you!
Yup good plan more progress
So did something break? Or just a malfunction?

Chasing deer on a Deere.
@@joemueth4077 that's right!
Not surprised, tractor looks like a garbage dump which is good sign how people take care of their equipment.
@@obamabigears734 doesn't always look like one, still clean and vacuum when im done using it. Just so happened to clean it and detailing it yesterday after I got done doing custom anhydrous!
That’s the worst 😂😂😂
How many is a pile
@@bullhauler1013 that's a smaller pile, biggest pile of doe I've seen this year was 17 in my food plot!
You wouldnt be the first to fill a tag from a tractor
So how did the day turn out?
Are u in indiana
No
Easy day with auto steer
Very blessed to have it, didn't get to have it in my tractor until 2 years ago
Is your voice a joke?
For this specific skit, yes
That is awesome. You have gotta learn sometime. How long did you run the combine?
Been running it a little every now and then for the past 3 years, I usually stick to the trucking since I fight less breakdowns that way lol!
Oh you can keep that cold, it's been that cold here and I moved where the sun melts plastic in the summer for a reason lmao
This is nothing for a regular December here lol! The summers are miserable, and the winters can be even worse!
@brendenhuntcustom it's warming up but we were down to 18° once, not fun to be out at night and the ambulances don't have heat.. learned the hard way lmao. 😂
You are finally a big boy now 😂
If that ain't the truth🤣🤟🏻
Believe it or not but I have filled more nurse tanks than you have applied. Also your great uncle Jim showed me how to hard surface applicator knives.lol Looking good grandson.
Interesting, we'll have to talk about it next time I'm up your way!
As somebody who works with ammonia every day. You should’ve also spoken about what nserve does inside the ammonia tank and why is it important to use that.
never mind that, is that a quad steer? what year is that chevy?
It's is a quadrasteer! 03 gmc!
@ wow that’s a beautiful truck, 3/4 ton and diesel quad steer. That’s such a rare truck. I’ve never seen one like that only half ton quad steer. Have you ever seen another truck spec like yours?
@ I wish it was a diesel! I just have 6.0 badges on it so it looks that way. I've only seen two other gmc 1500hd crew cabs on Facebook. I'd love to swap an lb7 or lly Duramax into it some day when I have the time and money to throw away on it
We got a 6710 chopper too
Good machine, we started off our chopping with it and now it's the backup to our 7400
@ yeah
Open the forks wider, easier to guide the bale in then bring them back in, then once you have 2 bales you lift then fold, folding will lock them in.
You spelled Brendan incorrectly. ;]
You got that right!😂😁
How long does it typically take to transfer a truck load?
Usually about 10 minutes!
Is in not supposed to go over your hat? Are the straps broken?
The adjustable slider for the straps were broken, we tried a redneck fix!🤣
Good video as always. How long does the anhydrous stay in the soil? What are your winters like?
Thank you, winters usually aren't too terrible it'll stay in the ground depending on soil type and condition, usually about a year. It'll store after injection until usually June/July when the corn has enough of a root system to reach down and suck up the nutrients of it!
Realizing u can open it up with the richtig Stick to the side is a gamechanger ;)
Keep up the good work man. Work on learning how to fill the dead space when you dont have anything else to say. Good call on speeding up the harvesting clip. All around good stuff, I look forward to more
I appreciate that, I'm always trying to improve! I also post real life farming content as well!
@brendenhuntcustom I'll give it a watch! Maybe that'd be something good to talk about during the game when you have downtime. What FS gets right, what isn't accurate. What things are better/more fun in real life, and what things are better in FS
That's a fantastic idea, I may have to give it a try!!
